Scott Ryan-Hart is an artist from Columbus, Ohio. I found this on the #captain atom tag on tumblr.com. He also has a deviantART.com page. He’s posted lots of DC and Marvel characters, as well as other sci-fi/fantasy stuff.

I ended up giving the Captain Atom card away to this 10 to 12 year old girl at Cincy ComiCon this year. She loved that I inked this one with a blue pen instead of black. Thanks for the shout-out
