Hi Jay and Roy! Really enjoyed your second episode!! Your banter and commentary on the comics were very entertaining! Love all the mentions of Firestorm. Definitely keep that up!
You asked for listener opinions on quantities of issues. I’m torn. I love short episodes, so that’s good for single issue coverage. However, I kinda like covering both characters in each episodes. Hmmm… Ultimately, I guess I’ll be okay with either format.
Really enjoyed hearing about Booster Gold #2 again! It’s been something like 30 years since I’ve read it, so it was fun to re-visit.
In episode 1 or 2, you pondered on Booster making sure his Legion Flight RIng was mentioned to the Justice League. I’m guessing he wanted it mentioned as a status symbol. The JLA have met the Legion, and if they heard Booster had a Legion Flight Ring, they might assume he qualified for Legion membership. That might have given him some extra street cred with the JLA and got him accepted into their club. Just my own speculation.
